Privacy
The short version
This website does not use cookies, tracking or advertising tools. We only hold what you choose to send us, and we only use it to reply to you and arrange the call you asked for.
Who we are
Rockholm is an AI consultancy. For anything about your information, send us a message through the contact page.
What we collect, and why
- If you book a free chat: the day and time you choose, your name, company, role, work email, roughly how many people work in the business, your sector, and anything you choose to add (a phone number, what takes up your week, how you heard about us). We use it to hold the call, send you the video link, and prepare properly. Our lawful basis is taking the steps you ask for before any contract.
- If you send a message: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
- When you visit: like any website, the server that hosts this site may keep short technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep it secure and working. The booking form keeps a shortened, scrambled version of your connection address for a short time, only to stop automated spam. We don't use any of this to identify you.
Our fonts and film are served from this website itself, so visiting doesn't send your details to font or video companies.
Who sees it
Only us, and the email and hosting providers we use to run the site and our inbox. Bookings are stored on the server that hosts this website, in a folder the web can't reach. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages and bookings are kept for as long as we're talking, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Just send us a message. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
