What does an AI consultant actually do?
An AI consultant helps a business use AI where it makes a real difference, then makes sure it keeps working. The label covers a lot: a workshop and a slide deck, a reseller setting up a subscription, or a big firm writing strategy for a board.
For an owner-led firm, the useful kind does three jobs. First, they find the work that eats your time: the replies, quotes, chasing and paperwork that land on you because nobody else knows how you like it done. Second, they build AI into that work, inside the tools and accounts you already use, not in another app you have to remember to open.
